I think that Gonzales has his cajones in a vise through no intent of his own. After all it’s not his fault that he is a light weight that was dragged into the spot light be another lightweight George Bush. Now he finds himself having each and every sentence parsed, the way that Bill Clinton’s words were, for every nuance that could be used against him. There is no hope for him because he is part of payback for the last time we all went around this maypole.

Not that he isn’t due a lot of what he is getting. It amazes me that a man can stumble through law school and *still* think that it’s alright to chuck out habeas corpus for an American citizen. For that reason he should be disgraced and fired. He should then slink off the stage and allow the main players to enter stage left and stage right, for the final act.

He should quit before he is the first to be impeached.
