re: How about the atmosphere?
Titan's surface gravity is 0.14 Gs. IT atmosphere is denser than the Earth. So those two factors make flying much easier there than on the Earth. I human could probably fly with a light enough suite and a pair of wings.
But flying, at least on Earth, takes a lot of energy, and Titan doesn’t get as much energy from the sun as the Earth. I don’t know what factor that would have on Titan life, or flying, but you would have to take that into account. Then again, Titan life would be made of matter able to withstand such cold temperatures, so it may not need as much energy as Earth life and still be able to move as fast.
Hard to say what an alien world will produce.
