It perhaps belongs here because it's about Experimental and Unconventional Aircraft. Maybe it belongs in CE because it's about the coincidence of several crashes in a short time. But read my second post about the biplane. It is certainly NOT "off topic" (imho):-

I feel deeply for these guys. I'm not knocking them. I'm actually asking you all to spare a moment of respect for the passing of the pilots and the loss of the rare machinery.

I've done the "honour guard" ride for fallen friends. It won't stop me riding.

I hope these accidents won't stop people flying, and the Scaled Composites explosion won't stop people punching for the sky.
