I'm not a Harry Potter fan myself, but my wife is and she believes she has found a contradiction in "Deathly Hallows" and wishes to know if any of you folks can resolve it.
Her question: How was Neville Longbottom able to pull the Sword of Griffindor from the Sorting Hat to kill the snake Nagini when the last time it was mentioned the goblin Griphook had stolen it?
