I'm sorry, what of the yuppies of the '60's? They pretty much exploited every drug and everything on Earth before picking their favorites.
Add a new tax on water?
Excuse me, but I, I recycle everything, EVERYTHING down to my toilet paper card board holder. I even wash my hands before I deem it for recycling! Bottled caps, juice paper board containers, you name it.
All of that at NO COST to the companies that use the use the recycled products for their use.
Tax us for what?
I agree that we should recycle such things as bottled water containers. Where have the 'deposit' days gone? But, to tax everyone? Have everyone pay for for the upteeth time to use our, OUR, recycled products. I don't think so.
Make people accountable and make them recycle. Period. Tax everyone else, absolutely not.
Plain and simple, didn't think it had to be explained.
BTW, Aquafina rules as far as bottled water is concerned and the latest rap that they've endured is short of you know what. They never claimed their water to be from 'spring water', yet their water, be it from tap or not has been filtered seven times as well as have gone through a vigorous asmosis filtration system (space shuttle and ISS go through the same!).
To make these people go out of business is bogus and shameless.
