And don't forget a possible breathtaking meteor-shower on September, 1st.
I'm looking forward to seeing the lunar eclipse...
And the meteor shower a few days later.
The meteor-shower, if it pans out, will be most spectacular
as seen from Hawaii that early Saturday morning before
sunrise. R.L. will have the most awesome view of it if it
is as spectacular as the Leonids were in 1966.
But if you live in California, Washington State, or Alberta
[where I live] it will be spectacular too, I hope.
Funny! Both the August, 28th lunar eclipse and the
meteor shower a few days later will best be seen
in Western North America and Hawaii.
