And if it is, hoaxes about bombs are a felony, and he should be busted for it. However, the fact that he's a Muslim, and that this all went down in Texas, complicates the issue. I suspect it will become politicized, if it hasn't already..
Its sad that the events of 9/11 have suddenly turned a routine obnoxious brat story into a national civil rights issue. If he hadn't of been Muslim, there would be no story here.
