As far I understand, It has introduced and developed the "modified Einstein Dynamics" (MOED) for the space-time geometry in order to covariantly resolve the observed constant anomalous acceleration of the spacecrafts deployed to explore the outer solar system , the Pioneers 10 and 11.
This resolution predicts an anomalous acceleration of magnitude "$(6.06 \pm0.92) 10^{-8}$ m/s^2 "for the satellites orbiting the earth toward the center of the earth. This prediction could be verified after analyzing the data gathered by the current high-precision satelites or some especially designed satellites or balloons.
The covariant resolution of the Pioneers' anomaly also defies the common sense to the gravitational interactions among the elementary particles. This implies that the gravitational interactions among the elementary particles, in the range of interest from the black-hole productions in the LHC to the low temperature phenomena in the solid-state physics, can be larger than that of our expectation.
