[STS 26 came back with many more tiles gone in the same area. A huge white gap in the belly. Saw it on CNN.]

Ok, but about the gauge, the gauge meets with a hole, as in a deep gap right in the middle where a tile ends and one begins. I don't know yet where exactly this is, but my hopes are with you, Raoul.
