Hooked to a line from a crane, with that understandably going taut from time to time, it's a nice concept which needs an infusion of technology to make the platform stable.
Sure looks workable to me. And a hoot. Saw a similar plan for one made out of compressed styrofoam, of the sort used for summer shoes, which also seemed to be feasible. I'd get one of those.
