The Time is right for a National HMO
I'm betting on HillaryCare
All americans will be covered by the same basic plan...Except for Veterans, the Retired, Poor Children, those on Medicaid, And Illegal Immigrents (because we can't figure out how to give them their Unicersal Care HMO card)...
But for everyone else, get ready, there will be only one basic plan.
