A few months ago I saw one of those huge pickup trucks parked in a handicap spot. The truck was obviously customized to be taller than they come off the assembly line. It had HC plates, but I immediately thought there was now way an HC person was driving that thing and thought maybe somebody was taking advantage of the system. Judgemental I know. A few minutes later a good looking woman in a wheelchair wheeled herself out to the truck opened the door, climbed up using only her arms. When she got in the driver's seat she yanked on a rope that had been in her hand the whole time and the wheelchair collapsed as it was pulled up into the truck. I was impressed as hell.
Anyway to answer the question, I think I would miss my sight the most. I can get by with just about everything except that. I'd manage of course, but so much of my pleasure comes from reading and working on computers that it would be hard to compensate if it were lacking.
