If the State Dept is manufacturing this stuff to keep us scared, they've clearly never seen a good horror movie. I'm not going to say you're wrong Lindy, because what the hell do I know...but if it is as you suggest, then what have they achieved, except to remind us that Binny's still out there, having evaded what must be the biggest and most embarassing man-hunt since Paris Hilton became legal?
