These are VERY good at detecting the swath of destruction when a plane crashes.

FIRST step should be to flag the areas with major local change.

I tried this Amazon "Mechanical Turk" thing. It sucks, for anyone with either intelligence or eyesight. Thank you, but I won't be reduced to the level of an ant.

I KNOW how to do photoreconnaisance, but I just can't be bothered to accumulate the credits to prove it.
