Tidelocked twilight

Hi NAV

A few years ago Duncan Lunan speculated about a terraformed tidelocked planet as the origin of the Green Children of Woolpit. He suggested an artificial river valley cut around the planet's terminator might be a suitable location - perhaps to escape the dayside/nightside winds?

I wondered if that planet wasn't around a red-dwarf and now it seems we have a candidate.
