Anyone have any idea what it is?
Perhaps another America's prize like what Bigs is doing?
Just for fun: If I had Bill Gates' money I'd put $5B in an account and offer it to the first group or company that build a base on Mars capable of housing 100 people. Livable accommodations; full science facilities for geology, biology, astronomy, etc.; recreation, entertainment and tourist facilities; internal farm for crops, etc. By the time something like that was built the $5B would have grown into $10 or $15B.
