Low energy trasnfer+"micro" rover seems like it might be feasible

I didn't see any limitation on the size of the rover. Seems like with modern technology it might be made REALLY small. I think this opens the door for innovative transport and landiing. Communication could be picked up by giant dishes here and could be fairly low bandwidth to eventually transfer 1 GIG.
