He balanced the budget only becuase His wife was inept at getting her lousy universal health care plan deep six'd. had that plan passed, the Goverment would have went into bankrupcy by 2010.

As it stands now, we will not be in bankrupsy until 2020 after the evil bitch gets it right the 2nd time around...
