re: Living Off the Land in Space..is it possible?
I wonder what they'd think after reading dtb's excellent post.
Is there any technology sufficently advanced, today, to enable living off the land on an alien planet, especially when we don't know for sure what to find out there?
Very sophisticated robots with AI are much closer to us than any machine producing what we need from the matter found out there, because there's currently a much bigger need for the former than for the latter.
