The smaller ethnic group resents and hates the larger more powerful ethnic group.

Violence and bloodshed, like in the Balkans, is possible.

Give up?....Here's a sure-fire clue:

One ethnic group speaks a Dutch dialect, the other speaks the French language.

The Dutch-speaking group has a growing number who are getting fed-up,
and are getting increasingly angry and resentful at the larger French speaking group.

Civil war or separatist violence and bloodshed maybe possible....and very soon.
