I've read descriptions which seem very close to what you are saying. I have to say that I don't understand the constructs very well, and even so have some thoughts on them.
People have always pushed the idea far past where it can go. Quantum Mechanics demonstrates how an electron can leap from one place to another, and people are talking about Star Trek kinds of experiences for entire living organisms. Ridiculous.
Mankind seems go get along well with older concepts. In fact, we still operate with the Flat Earth idea - just check your road maps. Seems to work just fine for most of our existence.

As I said, I can't decipher your concept of the Universe and intelligence. You seem to say that intelligence is a shared quality which is distributed across the Universe, and idea for which there doesn't seem to be any empircal evidence.
