What you show is the KRECHET-94 which was the USSR Moon suit two were built in 1967. The Orlan is based on this design.
The suit port idea isn't new being from AMES Hard Suit work in the mid 1980s. Try googling suitport or hard suits airlock at Google Patents.
I can't find it on the web, but there are several designs just out for a Lunar Rover with suit ports and a couple look like they would make sense. One has the ports on the back of the pressurized part to reduce dust contamination.
