I propose a lander with a small sample return.
Gravity being what it is, I'll bet with a large enough sample the Earth would meet it halfway, solving some of the problems of the lander taking off from the black hole. A big bigger, maybe the entire solar system would meet it halfway.
The Japanese have some experience with this.
