There indeed are many such relationships and frequency relationship often matches names with personalities as well.
However, in this instance, the owner of the house laments his house is "gray-blue not red."
It just so happens the color mix for grey blue is roughly 40% red & 60% green. I suspect his paint was not that well mixed and that under certain light it reflects 622-780 nm wavelengths which are identified by the eye as red. So indeed this bull on a rampage against his house was seeing red.
Just call me Encyclopedia Brown...
