By the numbers.

1: Part of the peace and unification process necessary for Iraq is an equitable distribution of the country's natural wealth. As you are so fast to point out when Kurds are used to attack Southern Iraqis, the Kurds are part of the national fabric.

To have one section of the country attempt to split out the Kurds from the rest of Iraq is ostensibly working against our national policy. It is working against that for which Americans are fighting and dying. It is working against peace for Iraq.

2: That Hunt would do that without knowledge of Bush is unbelievable. That the US government would have allowed, say, a French government to do that is ridiculous on the surface. Bush knew, and approved.

2A: If Bush didn't know, he should have. Dereliction of duty.

2B: Now that Bush knows he should force the Hunts and Kurds to negate the deal.

3: If that doesn't happen fast, Bush should have to explain to the next of kin that it's not really for regime change, not nukes, WMDs, democracy, peace or freedom for Iraq. It's for oil, and he appreciates it.

Your disingenuous "what's wrong here" implies a willing suspension of reason. And that's sad.
