When I did my Zero-G flight back in 2004 the Lunar gravity seemed to be everyone's favorite. It was certainly mine! My surmise is that there is still enough sense of 'gravity' to provide an up-down context, but it's low enough that you really feel powerful. I know that I would be able to fly in the light gravity of the Moon.
