This is a cute story...It was on BBC international.
A child released a helium balloon from the British Isles earlier this year...
It was later found in....China...Over 9,000 kilometers Away.
It must have ascended to the Jet Stream.
Hey!...If a child's balloon can do it...well...the sky's the limit for some
adult in a lawn chair, with a thermal blanket, thermos full of coffee, a decent oxygen supply
and enough balloons to do the job. ;-)
