All of the $'s that have been flowing overseas and financing the never-ending expansion of the US money supply must come back to the USA eventually.
As the dollar declines, and appears to be headed to new lows, the people, banks, and governments holding those dollars will feel the pressure to spend and/or invest them now or risk holding worthless paper...
Thus, the stock market in the USA will go up from a double play: More US goods and products sold overseas, and more foreign investors plunging cash back into the USA manufacturing industries.
Both are inflationary, so its not all roses (unless you are an hourly worker who lives paycheck to paycheck...Then inflation really doesn't hit you all that bad.)
The biggest losers, are the people who have plowed all their money into low yeilding bonds that appeared to be "safe".

Money is worthless if you can't invest or spend it.
