I had no trouble trying it here. Either your computer is intercepting it (can't figure out why or how), or more likely, your internet provider where you live has some weird limiter plugged into the system. My provider has some antivirus stuff going, but it's mostly completely transparent to me. I'd call them first and ask before pursuing it further.
