On heating costs
There were a bunch of posts earlier on this subject, and the common factor with those being taken to the cleaners seems to be using oil for heating in older homes.
At what point does it become cheaper to install a gas or electric system than paying the oil bill? Would like some feedback on this. From personal experience with relatives, I know that people with forced air already installed have a lot more options than those with hot water systems.
