The hospital where my wife works has hand sterilizer dispensers hung on walls everywhere. They're motion sensitive like a faucet--hold your hands under them and get a nice squirt of alcohol foam. That works on pretty much everything, antibiotic-resistant or not, and it's so easy that everyone does it out of habit.
Might be a good idea for schools, too, at least for upper grades where you don't have to worry about some little dope eating the stuff.
