This isn't about "no healthcare for kids." The administration SCHIP proposal continued the existing health plan (which already covered those families that have been used to push the Democratic propaganda), and even increased the funding.
The current program--as it is--covers families at 200 percent of poverty level in 20 states, with 17 states having an eligibility level above 250 percent of poverty level.
The Guardian aside, this isn't about "poor" children, and never was.
What this was about was a Democratic attempt to spread the plan into much higher income groups and to include more adults, to try and haul more of the middle class into government health care systems, and shove more of the cost from states up to the Federal level.

You're still pushing a myth.
