Robot Cannon Goes Wild Killing Several

In a tragic story reminiscent of T3, a robot cannon malfunctioned and killed soldiers during a live fire exercize. 'Programming' errors have serious consequences as we're more and more reliant on automated devices. Think future air traffic control, etc.
