B-2s would still require a lot of ECM support and probably some attack craft blowing up radars and SAM sites, etc., and those would have to be based much, much closer. I suspect it could all be handled from the permanent bases built in Iraq but I don't know.
Saudi Arabia isn't allowing offensive missions flown from their territory, neither is Turkey.
However, a Nimitz carrier would be a real prize. Hell, the USS Cole cost $1.5 billion to repair. That's a bunch of money.
