They knowing, willingly, and eagerly sold their child's soul for fortune. Seems all too many parents nowadays are willing to do the same. I remember seeing a very young Britney Spears on Star Search back around 1989 being groomed as a future cash cow by her greedy parents. Several years later they began whoreing her out to the pimps in the Entertainment Industrial complex.
