This and many instances like it demonstrates that if we pull out of Iraq it will NOT become a breeding ground for Al Qaeda. Iraqis on all sides hate the terrorists for their indiscriminate murdering. Iraq may indeed have internal conflict but no side will want Al Qaeda on their soil, as Bush tried to argue.
