But if you control your files, and are the only one who knows where such material is held - how is even a court order going to compel you to reveal all pertinent information and documents?
It won't.
Information & knowledge is everything. When paper was the only trail, it was very easy to clean one's tracks and lockdown classified data.
Those folks are just spinning their wheels. They'll get nothing more than a few more meaningless papers.
