"Bush: No attorney general if not Mukasey." The only thing holding back Mukasey is that he hasn't denounced waterboarding, a practice, which if performed upon captured US soldiers would be rightly considered torture. And any Senator voting for confirmation of Mukasey is also tacitly agreeing to torture. Arf
