Any signal strong enough to completely block out a broad radio spectrum of cell phones is strong enough to be an automatic invitation to cancer for the user and those nearby.

Such would be rather ironic feedback for the silence vigilantes and the invitation to mega-lawsuits that would leave the users and makers of such products paupers for life.

Oh to be an attorney in these latter days.
