Prior to the arrival of Kaguya and Chang'e, I recall reading an article in Spaceflight about 4 satellites still orbiting the Moon: 2 US, 1 Soviet and 1 Japanese. They're all dead by now, but still there because they have very elongated orbits not affected by Mascons.
