I did, mostly because it was the first time available since I moved to this county. There was nothing on the ballot in my precinct but 16 statewide referenda to confirm (or deny) amendments to the constitution -- bond issues and whatnot. None of them seemed objectionable (I read the official verbiage last night), so I voted in favor of all of them.
One of these days, I may figure out Texas' government. Or maybe the horse will learn to sing.
I know Philly had a mayoral race (yo, Tony!), and SF's looked to be a shoe-in... but that's all I've heard. So, who had what on their ballots in this off-off-year election?
Oh, BTW -- as of when I voted, with an hour and a half before the polls closed, 108 votes had been cast out of a total of 4144 registrations. <3% Sad, isn't it?
Just curious: anyone vote today?
