Apologies
For some reason, it never occurred to me to look at Snopes.com on these although I had my doubts about a couple of the attributions. I should have checked.
Serves me right, though, because I've been thinking how silly people are to pass crap around without checking snopes--you know, the weekly e-mail telling you to pass it around, this is real, the guy told me I dropped a $5 bill but I knew differently so I drove off and he could have been the serial rapist, blah blah blah.
