MSNBC's really having to scrape lately.
That many terrorists and insurgents have to be paid is not news. In the case of suicide bombers, it's often drugs or threats to families.
This, of course, doesn't fit well with the previous "insurgents represent the Will of the Iraqi People" meme, but then consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds.
I also notice that MSNBC has drifted quietly away from the "what Syrian support for Iraqi terrorists?" meme.
