What do you recommend for the flu?

Is there a new drug of choice?
Usually, when the flu hits, you're too sick to get out of bed and see a doctor.
I remember there was new anti-viral medication (whose names eludes me) available.
Do you or your family take it?

As a matter of fact, what DO you take when the flu hits?
