I'm very skeptical when viewing that image:

The main reason why I'm skeptical is that I don't believe that all meteor impacts have to be circular. That's what I believe and that's about the only thing the image has going for it. That said, there is a gouche/trail that leads to the impression. It could still mean two things, that the feature was made as a result of an impact or it could be volcanic in origin. Still, the door, polygonal shapes tell me that they were made from erosion, wind erosion and the 'door' was part of the impact. (mho)
Of course, the whole thing could have been made up since I haven't found the image anywhere else nor has any scientist has come forward touting the findings.
Don't believe everything you see.
