I'd watch anything with Morgan Freeman in it (though I haven't seen everything he's in, by a long shot). After reading that interview, I trust him with the screenplay. And the industry is ready to construct the CGI. Rama could not be done without it.
Makes me wonder what else might be adapted, now that movies can look like the authors made it look in our heads.
