No mars launch in 2011?
Stated reason for the delay is that they found someone on the selection committee with a conflict of interest. They have to re-constitute the committee and start over, delaying the project start for whoever is selected.
As I recall, they only have to decide between two excellent missions. Jeez people! Flip a coin and get on with it.
