Also, I must admit that Hillary's position is not bad either, and is one of the very few things that I like about her. I'm not sold on the human exploration of Mars by the U.S., if we are to do it, it should be joint effort with the ESA and the Russians (shared costs/resources). I would rather see the money go to unmanned missions to Europa, Titan, Jupiter, Venus, etc.
