Well this was a very informative article by Glen Greenwald on Salon.com.

Seems the bi-partisan chairmen of the 9/11 Commission are a bit outraged that key evidence was withheld from them in regards to the CIA interrogation tapes.

The article contains a number of updates which are fascinating in regards to how the author reacts to news of the Justice Department's naming of a special investigator in this matter.

Initially Greenwald is encouraged because it appears that the prosecutor, John Durham, will be independent but, as the facts come in, seems to come to the conclusion that he is too connected to Justice to be impartial.

If Congress can force a tougher look at this issue, it could easily be a much more damning case against the administration than the outing of Valerie Plame which suffered from a real dearth of hard evidence.
