On heavy trucks: What went to deisel-electric hybrid...And then supplemented that with solar panels on the roof of the cab and trailer for additional charging during daylight hours?
What if we had a train that had solar panels on the roof of all the cars? Could you det enough electricity during the day to reduce you daytime fuel consumption to almost zero?
